Appetizers are a popular choice for holiday entertaining, whether served preceding a casual sit-down dinner, part of a multicourse formal affair, or as a series of bites complementing cocktails. We invited chef Colin Dick of Pineridge Hollow and chef Gurdeep Singh of Prairie’s Edge to share a selection of signature starters from their menus that are fit for the festive season.
