Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp salt

Method
1. Strain yogurt in a cheesecloth over a bowl for at least 4 hrs.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt with remaining ingredients.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hr before serving.

Yield 6 servings
