2 5/6 cups white sugar
5/8 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup corn syrup
5 7/8 cups water
1. Blend one cups sugar and lemon juice.
2. Mix with an electric mixer.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend with mixer.
4. Let set for 15 mins. Stir.
5. Pour into ice cream machine and freeze.
6. When freezing is complete, place in cold container.
7. Serve or freeze for later use
