Orange-Spiked Hot Chocolate

Use the best quality chocolate for ultra-rich, decadent results.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute 1/3 cup orange juice for the grand marnier.

4 cups whole milk
8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup grand marnier
2 strips, 2″ long, orange zest

1. In a saucepan, melt chocolate with milk and zest. Whisk until smooth. Remove zest and add grand marnier. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Yield 4 cups
