Manitoba carrots give this healthful drink it’s bright orange hue and loads of vitamin A.
Ginger and apples lend a sweet and tangy edge.

Ingredients
3 large carrots
2 stalks celery
1″ piece of ginger
2 apples

Method
1. Using a juicer, combine all ingredients.
Yield 1, 12 oz serving
